This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Legacy Group Enterprises, Inc. (“Company,” “us,” “we”) collects, uses and stores information collected on the Legacy Group website located at https://legacyfms.com (“Website”). Your use of the Website is your acceptance of the Policy and your consent to the collection, usage and storage of user information as described herein. If you do not accept the Policy or consent to its terms, please do not use the Website. This Policy applies to information collected on our Website, only.

Information We Collect

Website users are not required to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information to use the Website. The Company only receives such information from users who voluntarily submit a questionnaire related to subcontracting opportunities with the Company. Subcontractors only provide the information they are willing to share related to their business (for example, first and last name, business name and contact information). By submitting this information, subcontractors authorize the Company to collect, store and use the information provided in accordance with this Policy.

The Company collects Non-Personally Identifiable Information such as user IP addresses. This information does not personally identify users in any way and would not enable others to contact them. Web browsers also collect anonymous information about web traffic that is available to Company through services such as Google Analytics. Your web browser may automatically provide non-personally identifiable information to all of the places you visit online, including our Website. It is possible your browser informs us of the website you last visited (known as the “referring URL”) before arriving at our Website and the time and date of your visit to our Website. The Company only uses personally identifiable information submitted to us to evaluate potential subcontractor relationships. We use non-personally identifiable information to facilitate Website operations, to understand traffic patterns, how the Website is used and to make the Website more effective and efficient.

We only share information submitted to us through the Website for purposes related to retaining subcontractors to work with the Company. Any such sharing shall be at Company’s discretion and in accordance with this Policy.
